On June 25, 2026, CHUNLI MEDICAL (01858) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary collectively utilized 895 million yuan in idle funds to subscribe to bank structured deposits and large-denomination certificates of deposit.
Specifically, the company (i) entered into a structured deposit product agreement with SPD Bank (Beijing Branch), agreeing to use its internal resources to subscribe to a structured deposit product from Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (Beijing Branch) for a total amount of 440 million yuan; (ii) entered into a structured deposit product agreement with China Construction Bank (Daxing Sub-branch), agreeing to use temporary idle funds raised from its A-share public offering to subscribe to a structured deposit product from China Construction Bank (Daxing Sub-branch) for a total amount of 185 million yuan; (iii) entered into a structured deposit product agreement with Bank of Beijing (Daxing Sub-branch), agreeing to use temporary idle funds raised from its A-share public offering to subscribe to a structured deposit product from Bank of Beijing (Daxing Sub-branch) for a total amount of 100 million yuan; and (iv) used temporary idle funds from its A-share public offering to subscribe to a large-denomination certificate of deposit issued by Bank of Beijing (Daxing Sub-branch) with a principal amount of 160 million yuan.
Beijing Lechi, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, used its internal resources to subscribe to a large-denomination certificate of deposit issued by China Construction Bank (Daxing Sub-branch) with a principal amount of 10 million yuan.
