Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited disclosed that no change occurred in its issued share capital on 09 July 2026, which remains at 705.18 million ordinary shares.
The company executed a fresh on-market buyback of 158,000 shares on 09 July 2026 at prices between HKD 2.53 and HKD 2.57, spending HKD 0.40 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.
Since the 2026–27 repurchase mandate was granted on 12 May 2026, Chaoju Eye Care has bought back an aggregate 1.44 million shares, equivalent to 0.204 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 70.52 million shares, leaving more than 98 % capacity outstanding.
All 28 repurchase transactions carried out between 02 April and 09 July 2026 are pending cancellation. Transaction prices during this period ranged from HKD 2.43 to HKD 3.02 per share, reflecting management’s continued use of share buybacks to reduce share count.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements, Chaoju Eye Care is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 08 August 2026 following the latest buyback. The company confirmed that all repurchases were executed in compliance with the HKEX Main Board Listing Rules, and no treasury shares are currently held.
