Zylox-Tonbridge Medical (ZYLOXTB) Repurchases 122,500 H Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 7.77 Million

On 9 April 2026, Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. executed an on-exchange buyback of 122,500 H shares, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction represents 0.04 % of the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) as of 2 April 2026.

The repurchase was completed within a price range of HKD 22.56 to HKD 22.92 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of HKD 22.75 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 2.79 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 328.58 million from 328.70 million. • Treasury share holdings increased to 7.77 million from 7.65 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 336.35 million.

The buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate granted on 30 May 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 31.96 million shares. To date, Zylox-Tonbridge Medical has repurchased 4.95 million shares, amounting to 1.51 % of the issued share count on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 May 2026.

Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations and statutory requirements.
