CapitaLand India Trust Unitholders Approve All Resolutions at 2026 AGM

CapitaLand India Trust (CY6U) reported that all resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 21 2026 were approved by unitholders via poll voting.

Resolution 1, to adopt the trustee-manager’s statement and FY2025 audited financial statements, secured 845.77 million votes in favour, representing 99.93% of the total votes cast.

Resolution 2, to re-appoint Deloitte & Touche LLP as independent auditor and authorise directors to fix its remuneration, garnered 844.27 million votes for, translating to 99.86% support.

Resolution 3, authorising the trustee-manager to issue new units and grant convertible instruments, was backed by 756.96 million votes, or 89.56% of votes cast.

No parties were required to abstain from voting, and In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. served as the scrutineer.
