Parkson Retail Group Limited announced a postponement in the distribution of its shareholder circular linked to a very substantial acquisition involving the renewal of a Shanghai tenancy agreement.

The company’s earlier plan, disclosed on 8 May 2026, anticipated releasing the circular on or before 26 May 2026. Management now expects dispatch to occur on or before 15 June 2026, citing additional time required to finalize information.
