DMall repurchases 601,400 shares, treasury stock rises to 39.90 million

DMall Inc. disclosed a share buy-back executed on 14 May 2026, purchasing 601,400 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for HKD 3.83 million in cash. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 6.28 to HKD 6.56, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.37 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.067 % to 897.59 million. Treasury shares increased to 39.90 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.49 million.

The buy-back was conducted under the mandate approved on 23 May 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 89.96 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 39.90 million shares, equal to 4.44 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.

Under listing rules, DMall is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 13 June 2026.
