YSB issues 0.69 million new shares on option exercise; repurchases 95,200 shares for cancellation

YSB Inc. (Cayman Islands-incorporated) disclosed two capital movements in its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 21 August 2026 with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

1. New share issue • On 4 August 2026, 687,853 ordinary shares were allotted following option exercises under the 2019 Share Incentive Plan adopted on 1 January 2019. • The new shares represent 0.10 % of the company’s previously issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). • The company’s issued share count increased to 692.49 million shares from 691.80 million shares as at 31 July 2026.

2. Share repurchase for cancellation • On 21 August 2026, YSB bought back 95,200 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 3.50 and HKD 3.56, for a total consideration of HKD 0.34 million. • The average repurchase price was approximately HKD 3.53 per share. • These shares, equal to 0.01 % of the issued share base when the buyback mandate was approved on 21 May 2026, are earmarked for cancellation. • Post-repurchase, 68.71 million shares remain available under the existing buyback mandate, which runs until 20 September 2026.

Compliance confirmation The board confirmed that the share issue and repurchase were authorised, all regulatory requirements were met, and proceeds related to the share issuance were duly received.
