The Meituan-W (ASX: 03690) drone-powered low-altitude logistics and delivery service has now completed more than one million cumulative orders.

This milestone was announced as the 2026 Shanghai International Low-Altitude Economy Expo commenced. As of the end of June 2026, the service has been launched across several major cities including Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

According to official statements, the drone delivery solution has become a regular operational service within specific verticals. In the medical field, for instance, the company has established an end-to-end urgent delivery network for items such as blood, test samples, pre-hospital emergency supplies, and special medications. This network has delivered over 810,000 test samples and medicines to date.

For diverse instant delivery scenarios like tourist attractions, residential communities, and commercial properties, Meituan's drone service has achieved high-frequency, high-density operations capable of running across multiple times of day and in various weather conditions.
