Harbin Bank Reports No Share Capital Changes for May 2026; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, showing a stable capital structure with no movements in either authorised or issued shares during the month.

Authorised share capital remained at 10.996 billion shares, comprising 3.024 billion H-shares and 7.972 billion domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 10.996 billion shares, mirroring the authorised structure: 3.024 billion H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 7.972 billion domestic shares. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and the bank stated that it meets the minimum 25% public-float requirement for its H-shares.

The filing confirmed that there were no share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding or exercised during the month.

Joint Company Secretary Wu Siliang submitted the return on 2 June 2026. The absence of capital movements indicates consistency in Harbin Bank’s equity base and continued compliance with Hong Kong listing rules.
