COME SURE GROUP Reports Annual Loss of HK$6.8 Million for FY2026

The company has released its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.
Total revenue reached approximately HK$742 million, representing a decrease of 2.4% compared to the previous year.
The group reported a net loss attributable to owners of COME SURE GROUP (ASX: 00794) amounting to HK$6.807 million, a reversal from a profit in the prior corresponding period.
Earnings per share for the period were 2.06 HK cents.
According to the company's announcement, the net loss for the year was primarily attributed to a fair value loss on investment properties of around HK$4.3 million and an exchange loss of approximately HK$1.8 million resulting from the appreciation of the Renminbi.
