China Overseas Property Holdings Limited (COPL) posted RMB 14.96 billion in 2025 revenue, up 6.00% year on year, and lifted equity attributable to ordinary shareholders 14.70% to RMB 5.85 billion.

COPL upgraded its ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and obtained its first ISO 27701 Privacy Information Management System certification, integrating dual systems to strengthen data-security governance.

Environmental metrics improved: total greenhouse-gas emission intensity fell to 2.63 tCO₂-e per 1,000 sq.m. (2024: 2.64), and energy-consumption intensity dipped to 5.15 MWh per 1,000 sq.m. (2024: 5.18). The group purchased 35 million kWh of green electricity in Sichuan, cutting annual emissions by about 18,000 tCO₂.

COPL confirmed its two-phase carbon-neutrality roadmap—15% cuts in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity versus a 2022 baseline by 2030 and full operational carbon neutrality by 2060—and completed a climate-risk financial impact assessment covering 17 key cities.

Social indicators showed a 1.5% decline in total workforce to 38,042 employees, full coverage of occupational health programmes and a 100% training participation rate. Charitable donations surged to RMB 3.21 million (2024: RMB 0.32 million), while rural-revitalisation initiatives supported more than 5,900 households.

Customer service remained stable with a satisfaction score of 91 points, and 1,390 managed projects underwent carbon-footprint assessments.

COPL’s board says the group will keep embedding ESG targets into business strategy, emphasising green operations, digital innovation and stakeholder engagement.
