Milan Station to Appoint Tricor Investor Services as New Hong Kong Share Registrar from 4 May 2026

Milan Station Holdings Limited announced that its Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar will be changed to Tricor Investor Services Limited, effective 4 May 2026.

From that date, all applications for share transfer registration should be lodged with Tricor Investor Services at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Share certificates not collected by 4:30 p.m. on 30 April 2026 will also be available for collection at Tricor’s office from 4 May 2026 onward.

The announcement was authorized by the company’s board, which currently comprises two executive directors—Hu Bo and Ji Guiping—and three independent non-executive directors: Chan Chi Hung, Tou Kin Chuen and Choi Kam Yan Simon.
