A provincial official, Yin Hong, visited the Ganjiang New Area on August 12, emphasizing the need to fully implement the spirit of the 15th Provincial Committee's 10th Plenary Session. He urged the area to leverage its functional positioning, drive reform and innovation, and take bold actions to accelerate the transition from old to new growth drivers, securing a competitive edge in emerging industries and creating new economic growth points.

Yin Hong highlighted the goal of achieving first-class performance, showcasing the development level of the new area, and making greater contributions to the province's overall development. Provincial leaders Sheng Qiuping and Chen Min accompanied him during the inspection. The Ganjiang New Area is actively positioning itself in new industrial tracks, with a focus on developing the brain-computer interface industry.

At Jiangxi Jielian Medical Equipment, Yin Hong observed demonstrations of EEG equipment and learned about the company's independent research and development of brain science instruments, as well as their market prospects. The company has several products in the critical stage of registration and certification, and has secured multiple invention patents. Yin Hong encouraged the company to continue deep exploration in the brain neuroscience field, accelerate the clinical translation of its innovations, and leverage its core technology to seize market opportunities.

During a discussion with the company's management, Yin Hong listened to their needs and called for the New Area to provide full-cycle services, strengthen intellectual property protection, and facilitate the efficient transformation and application of results. This, he said, would create a first-class business environment for the growth of tech startups.
Brain Technology is a leading domestic company in implantable flexible brain-computer interfaces, and its "super factory" in the Ganjiang New Area is under rapid construction. Yin Hong toured the company's product displays and examined application scenarios in functional rooms. He noted that the brain-computer interface is a frontier field in global technology development and a future industry with immense growth potential.

He urged a focus on project construction, strengthening factor guarantees and scenario-based traction, to drive the mass production of Brain Technology’s core products. This, in turn, would promote technology research and development and enterprise clustering, comprehensively building new advantages for the industry. At the Brain Technology Intelligent Computing Center, Yin Hong encouraged the company to play a leading role as a chain leader, actively advance the construction of a brain science digital resource library, and build a professional industry data foundation and a medical large model, helping the Ganjiang New Area become a pioneer zone for the future brain-computer interface industry.

On-site, Yin Hong reviewed the overall development of the brain-computer interface industry chain in the Ganjiang New Area. He urged a systematic approach to planning frontier areas, focusing on the upstream and downstream of the brain-computer interface industry, to attract and accelerate the clustering of high-quality enterprises and high-end projects. The goal is to build a brain-computer interface industry cluster and innovation hub with regional influence. During the inspection, Yin Hong chaired a symposium and listened to reports on the construction and development of the Ganjiang New Area.

He emphasized that as a national-level new area, the Ganjiang New Area must excel in the concept of "new." It should accelerate the conversion of old and new growth drivers, keep pace with the times in deploying future industries, and focus on new industrial tracks such as brain-computer interfaces, health and wellness, synthetic biology, nuclear medicine, the digital economy, and micro-short dramas. He called for strengthening technological support, improving the industrial ecosystem, and implementing cluster upgrading actions to concentrate resources and efforts on building a number of emerging pillar industries.

Yin Hong instructed that solid efforts be made in attracting investment, improving functional supporting facilities, and fully utilizing industrial guidance funds. By focusing on future industry tracks, the area should attract and incubate a number of start-up technology companies and high-growth enterprises, accelerating the cultivation of new productive forces. He stressed the need to consolidate collaborative development efforts, better leverage the role of the joint meeting mechanism, and regularly coordinate to resolve bottlenecks and difficulties in development.

Finally, Yin Hong called on Party members and cadres in the Ganjiang New Area to firmly establish and practice a correct view of performance, greatly boost their entrepreneurial spirit, and continuously hone their skills and abilities. With first-class work style and performance, they should fully demonstrate the responsibility and level of a national-level new area, working together to accelerate the area's high-quality development.
