POWERLONG CM Announces Appointment of Legal Process Agent

POWERLONG CM (09909) has announced a series of executive changes.

Ms. Leung Wai Yan has tendered her resignation from several key positions, effective from June 30, 2026. Her resignations include the roles of Joint Company Secretary, the Authorized Representative as stipulated by Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and the Authorized Representative for the service of legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) and the Companies Ordinance.

Following Ms. Leung's departure, two new appointments have been made, also effective from June 30, 2026.

Ms. Zhang Yiting, the other Joint Company Secretary, has been confirmed by the Stock Exchange as meeting the qualifications for a company secretary under Rule 3.28. She will now serve as the sole Company Secretary for the company and has been appointed as the Authorized Representative.

Concurrently, Ms. Wu Xiuwei has been appointed as the company's Legal Process Agent.
