ImmuneOnco trims outstanding H-shares by 0.58 million in July; treasury stock rises to 2.02 million

ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer, detailing share-capital movements for the month ended 31 July 2026.

Share capital • Registered share capital remained unchanged at RMB 431.51 million, comprising 420.48 million H-shares and 11.03 million unlisted domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued shares and treasury stock • Outstanding H-shares fell by 0.58 million to 418.46 million after the company repurchased the same number of shares, which were transferred to treasury. • Treasury shares therefore increased to 2.02 million, up from 1.44 million at the end of June. • Unlisted domestic shares were unchanged at 11.03 million.

Share repurchase activity • Between 3 July and 24 July 2026, the company executed nine on-market buy-back transactions, acquiring 580,000 H-shares at prices ranging from HK$3.23 to HK$3.87 per share. • Total consideration for the month’s repurchases amounted to approximately HK$2.06 million, implying an average purchase price of about HK$3.56 per share.

Public float • After the July transactions, ImmuneOnco confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement for its H-shares.

Corporate governance • The monthly return was submitted on 6 August 2026 and signed by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Ms. Guan Mei.
