On 1 June 2026, CITIC Securities International Capital Management Limited submitted a Rule 22 disclosure detailing its 29 May 2026 dealings in the A-shares of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd., which is subject to a proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

The Class (5) associate—ultimately owned by CITIC Securities Company Limited—executed four client-driven Delta-1 product transactions:

• Purchases: 3,100 shares for RMB 0.06 million and 17,100 shares for RMB 0.33 million, both at RMB 19.55 per share. • Sales: identical volumes of 3,100 and 17,100 shares, also at RMB 19.55 per share, arising from the creation of Delta-1 products for wholly unsolicited client orders.

All positions were closed or flattened no later than the close of the morning session on the trading day following the originating transactions, leaving CITIC Securities International Capital Management Limited with no residual exposure.

The disclosure forms part of the ongoing reporting requirements linked to the privatisation of ENN Natural Gas and confirms that the dealings were undertaken on the firm’s own account.
