ISDN Holdings Limited (I07) announced on Apr, 21 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary AR Robotics and Automations Pte. Ltd. has introduced Soradynamics, Co., Ltd. and Trinity One LT Limited as strategic partners.
AR Robotics sold 486,500 ordinary shares to the two investors. After the transaction, ISDN retains a 30% stake in AR Robotics, while Trinity holds 40% and Soradynamics owns 30%.
The deal brings 1.0 million Singapore dollars in seed capital and combines Trinity’s funding and market-development expertise with Soradynamics’ drone and multi-camera video-fusion technology. ISDN will also contribute its four decades of industrial-automation manufacturing know-how and Asian sales network.
AR Robotics is building a robotics and artificial-intelligence platform centred on drone hardware and modular end-effectors for applications such as firefighting, inspection, delivery and security. The company has secured an initial contract backlog of about 10 million US dollars and is conducting pilot projects in Singapore.
The business will first focus on the Asia-Pacific region before expanding to Europe and the United States. Management expects global supply-chain realignment away from China to support demand for non-Chinese-made drone and robotics solutions.
According to Technavio, the global commercial-drone market is forecast to grow by 22.33 billion US dollars between 2026 and 2030, a 12.6% compound annual growth rate. Inspection and maintenance alone are projected to account for more than 25% of total commercial-drone revenue by 2030.
