The apparel company reported quarterly earnings of $0.00 per share, beating the consensus estimate of a loss of $0.01 per share. Quarterly sales of $2.166 billion also surpassed the estimate of $2.128 billion, representing a 1.21% increase over the same period last year. For the full fiscal year, VF Corp returned to revenue growth with a 1% increase to $9.61 billion, while operating income surged 89.8% to $577 million and operating margin expanded to 6%.
Management highlighted its strongest quarterly revenue performance in three years, driven by continued global growth at The North Face and Timberland brands, along with a return to growth in Vans' Americas direct-to-consumer business. The company also reinstated annual guidance for fiscal 2027, projecting revenue growth of 1% to 2% and an adjusted operating margin of approximately 8%, signaling confidence in its ongoing turnaround and financial trajectory.
