Holly Futures Delays Auditor Appointment; ShineWing to Retire at 2026 AGM Under Jiangsu SASAC Rotation Rule

Bulletin Express
Jun 26

Holly Futures announced a postponement in appointing its next external auditor, citing Jiangsu SASAC regulations that require auditing firms to rotate after five consecutive years. Current auditor ShineWing Certified Public Accountants LLP will retire at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for 26 June 2026, which will cover the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

Because additional time is needed to identify a qualified replacement, the agenda item for appointing auditors and determining their remuneration has been removed from the forthcoming AGM. Instead, shareholders will consider the appointment at a separate general meeting to be convened after the AGM.

The board and audit committee confirmed there are no disagreements with ShineWing, and the outgoing auditor has not raised any matters requiring shareholder attention. Holly Futures aims to nominate a new audit firm for the 2026 financial year and will provide further updates in due course.
