Shangri-La Asia Limited announced that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 3,585,525,056 ordinary shares for the month ended Apr, 30 2026. The company confirmed that its public float continued to meet the minimum 25% requirement.
During the month, 33,200 award shares lapsed under the 2025 Share Scheme, leaving 16.94 million outstanding awards available for future vesting. Authorised share capital stood at 5.0 billion ordinary shares with a par value of 1 per share.
The company reported no issuance or cancellation of shares, no treasury shares held or transferred, and no other capital movements for the period.
