IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) said on Jul, 10 2026 that its indirect unit, Suzhou Industrial Park Yuan Hui Health Consulting Co., Ltd., will enter a members’ voluntary liquidation after securing shareholder approval.

The subsidiary, incorporated in May 2013 to provide medical and healthcare outpatient services in China, has been inactive since Apr, 01 2022 and has no plans to resume operations.

According to the filing, the group’s cumulative investment in the unit is about 12.5 million ringgit (roughly 3.6 million Singapore dollars). IHH expects liquidation-related losses of about 67,000 ringgit (around 0.02 million Singapore dollars). The move will not affect the group’s share capital, major shareholdings, earnings or net assets for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026, and carries no material operational impact, the company said.

The liquidation involves no related-party interests among IHH’s directors or substantial shareholders.
