Austindo Nusantara Jaya posts strong interim profit on higher palm oil revenue

PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk reported an unaudited net profit of about 42 million Singapore dollars for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, more than double the 21 million Singapore dollars recorded a year earlier.

Group revenue rose to roughly 213 million Singapore dollars, up 24% year on year, driven mainly by stronger sales of crude palm oil and palm kernel. Gross profit climbed to around 63 million Singapore dollars, compared with 54 million Singapore dollars in the prior-year period.

Operating profit increased to approximately 56 million Singapore dollars from 40 million Singapore dollars, while finance costs eased to about 3.6 million Singapore dollars. The company booked a one-off gain of 0.6 million Singapore dollars from the divestment of its stake in PT Galempa Sejahtera Bersama.

Total assets stood at nearly 562 million Singapore dollars at end-June, with cash and cash equivalents surging to 135 million Singapore dollars from 21 million Singapore dollars at the start of the year. Net cash from operating activities reached 38 million Singapore dollars, while financing inflows totaled 87 million Singapore dollars following new long-term bank borrowings.

The company maintained a capital base of 335.4 million shares and reported basic earnings per share of 137.91 Singapore cents, up from 70.63 Singapore cents a year earlier.
