Lun Shuk Man Reduces Stake in HUIJING HLDGS (09968) by 80 Million Shares at HK$0.185 Each

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on October 8, Lun Shuk Man reduced her holdings in HUIJING HLDGS (09968) by 80 million shares at HK$0.185 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$14.8 million.

Following the reduction, her latest shareholding stands at approximately 3.842 billion shares, representing a latest shareholding ratio of 73.13%.

This transaction involves a connected party: Lun Chu Kwan.

Supplementary information: Lun Shuk Man and Lun Chu Kwan are parties to a s.317 SFO agreement. Lun Shuk Man owns 39% of Wui Ying Holdings Ltd (holding 3,797,331,000 shares) and 100% of Wui Shing Holdings Ltd (holding 44,659,000 shares). By virtue of the SFO, Lun Shuk Man is deemed interested in the shares held by both companies, representing an aggregate interest of 3,841,990,000 shares.
