China Foods Limited has posted its latest set of shareholder documents, including:

• A circular outlining proposals for the election and re-election of directors, the renewal of general mandates to issue new shares and to buy back shares, the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the accompanying proxy form. • English and Chinese versions are now available on both the company website (www.chinafoodsltd.com) and the HKEX news platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders access the electronic versions. Registered holders that previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies enclosed with this notification.

Shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online material may request printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications at no charge. To do so, the enclosed Reply Form must be completed, signed and returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (using the prepaid mailing label) or by email (chinafoods506-ecom@vistra.com).

Maintaining an active email address with the registrar remains each shareholder’s responsibility. Until a valid address is provided, the company will dispatch notices of publication and action-related documents only in printed form. For enquiries, investors can contact Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, Hong Kong time).
