Reconova Reports No Change in Share Capital in September 2026 Monthly Return

Reconova Technologies Co., Ltd. (Reconova) disclosed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer and Hong Kong Depositary Receipts for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that its share capital structure remained unchanged throughout the month.

The company’s issued H-share capital closed September at 273.73 million shares, identical to the preceding month, with no treasury shares held. Domestic shares likewise remained steady at 31.57 million. Consequently, Reconova’s total issued share base stood at 305.29 million shares, all at a par value of RMB 0.2, representing total issued share capital of RMB 61.06 million.

Reconova affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, and no share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the period.

The return was filed on 5 October 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Yu Jinxi, who confirmed compliance with all relevant Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory obligations.
