Prosper Future Keeps Share Capital Unchanged in July 2026, Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Prosperous Future Holdings Limited (Prosper Future) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, indicating no changes to its share structure during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 2.20 billion, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

Prosper Future affirmed that it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as of 31 July 2026.

No share options were outstanding, granted, exercised, or cancelled during the month. The existing 2021 share-option scheme still allows for up to 191.21 million additional shares to be issued, representing approximately 8.68% of current issued share capital. No funds were raised through option exercises in July.

The issuer reported no activity in warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance agreements, or treasury-share movements. Consequently, total issued and treasury share balances were unchanged, underscoring a stable capital base through the reporting period.
