To date, the company has repurchased 55.02 million shares, equivalent to 3.94% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving capacity for a further 84.74 million shares. Following the latest transaction, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—ending 21 June 2026—before any new share issuance or treasury share sale can occur, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a).
All repurchases were conducted in compliance with the Listing Rules, and the board confirms that requisite authorisations and regulatory filings have been satisfied.
