According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, He Xiangjian increased his holdings in MIDEA REAL EST (03990) by 24.1806 million shares on October 6 at HK$2.37 per share, for a total amount of HK$57.308 million.
Following the increase, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 1.189 billion shares, representing 82.82% of the total issued shares.
The transaction involves related parties Lu Deyan and He Jianfeng.
