JACOBIO-B repurchases 98,400 shares; treasury stock reaches 9.38 million

JACOBIO Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (JACOBIO-B) disclosed that it bought back 98,400 ordinary shares on 21 July 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased at prices between HKD 5.06 and HKD 5.08, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 5.07 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 0.50 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 782.37 million, while treasury holdings increased to 9.38 million. The buyback represents 0.0126% of the company’s issued share capital prior to the repurchase. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 791.76 million.

Under the general mandate approved on 5 June 2026, JACOBIO-B is authorised to repurchase up to 78.37 million shares. Including the latest transaction, 1.35 million shares—equivalent to 0.17% of the share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased. All repurchased shares to date are held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled.

Pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 20 August 2026.
