REPT BATTERO Reports Stable Share Base for July 2026, Confirms Public-Float Compliance

REPT BATTERO ENERGY CO., LTD. (H shares: 00666) released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, showing no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.34 billion shares, split between 934.42 million H shares and 1.40 billion domestic unlisted shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. Issued shares mirrored the authorised figures, with 934.42 million H shares and 1.40 billion domestic shares outstanding. REPT BATTERO held no treasury shares.

The filing reconfirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1) on public-float requirements. The listed H-share class continues to meet the minimum 13.5% float threshold set at the time of listing.

No activity occurred in July under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations.

The company submitted the return on 3 August 2026, signed by Executive Director and Board Secretary Wu Yanjun.
