ALSCO Pooling Reports Steady Share Base and Full Public-Float Compliance in July 2026

ALSCO Pooling Service Co., Ltd. released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during July 2026.

The company’s authorised and registered capital remained at RMB 90.34 million, divided into 90,336,000 ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. This comprises 87.65 million H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 2.68 million unlisted domestic shares; both tallies were unchanged versus the previous month.

No new share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were granted, exercised, or outstanding during the period, and the company held no treasury shares.

Management confirmed that the minimum public-float requirement—set at 25% of the total issued H-share class—was fully met as at 31 July 2026.

The filing, submitted on 3 August 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Xiang Yang, also attested that all regulatory and listing rule obligations related to the company’s share capital remain satisfied.
