Food Empire Holdings Limited announced that revenue for the three months ended Mar, 31 2026 climbed 16.9% year on year to 215.6 million Singapore dollars, marking its strongest first-quarter performance on record.
Revenue from Russia surged 29.4% to 68.9 million Singapore dollars, buoyed by higher sales volume, price gains and a stronger rouble. Central Asia led all regions with a 36.4% jump to 41.4 million Singapore dollars, while Southeast Asia rose 7.5% to 58.1 million Singapore dollars, driven largely by Vietnam. South Asia edged down 2.1% to 25.2 million Singapore dollars, and Europe advanced 5.9% to 17.0 million Singapore dollars.
The group said its spray-dried and freeze-dried coffee plants in India ran at full capacity during the quarter, and it expects a new coffee-mix manufacturing facility in Kazakhstan to contribute positively in FY2026.
Food Empire’s board approved a one-for-five bonus share issue on May, 13 2026 to increase trading liquidity and broaden institutional investor access.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its spray-dried soluble coffee facility in South India by 2027 and build a new freeze-dried soluble coffee plant in Vietnam by 2028.
