Chu Kong Petroleum and Natural Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited (Chu Kong Pipe) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming stable share capital and continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued share capital also showed no movement month-on-month. The total number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) closed March at 1.01 billion, identical to the February balance. Chu Kong Pipe confirmed that at month-end it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25.00% of issued shares, ensuring ongoing compliance with Listing Rule 13.32D(1).

The filing, submitted by Tricor Investor Services Limited as branch share registrar on 1 April 2026, indicates a period of capital stability with no equity dilution or consolidation activities reported for March.
