Jun 05

Docusign's stock experienced a significant decline of 5.14% in post-market trading following the release of its first-quarter fiscal 2027 financial results.

The company reported quarterly revenue of $830.2 million, surpassing the consensus estimate of $824.77 million. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $1.09, also beating analyst expectations of $0.99. Furthermore, Docusign raised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $3.49 billion to $3.502 billion.

Despite these positive metrics, the market reaction was negative, with investors selling off shares in the after-hours session. The decline suggests investor concerns or disappointment that outweighed the reported beats and guidance raise, leading to the sharp post-market drop.
