A company in Meishan, Sichuan, has formalized a 240 million yuan procurement agreement for energy storage integrated equipment with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), marking the beginning of a collaborative development phase in the new energy and energy storage sectors.
According to information from Zichuang Guangke, the signing ceremony for the energy storage integrated equipment procurement agreement between Zichuang Guangke (Meishan) Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and CATL (300750) was held at the Zichuang Guangke Group headquarters on August 10. The two parties officially signed the agreement, valued at 240 million yuan, to fully launch a new chapter of coordinated growth in the new energy and energy storage industries.
The general manager of Zichuang Guangke (Meishan) Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. stated that energy storage is a core support for building a new power system and a key track for the group's "Green Dual Carbon, Technology-Driven Future" strategy. This deep collaboration with industry leader CATL is a result of complementary advantages and aligned philosophies, and it will inject strong momentum into the group's energy storage business through industrial funds and interactive development.
Jiang Weiwei, general manager of the energy storage South China division at CATL's Zero-Carbon Energy Business Unit, noted that CATL will coordinate all high-quality resources across the entire chain to ensure efficient equipment delivery and system quality. With mature technology and full-cycle services, the company aims to support project implementation and work with Zichuang Guangke Group to establish an industrial collaboration benchmark in the energy storage field.

Zichuang Guangke (Meishan) Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd., established on January 16, 2026, is located in the Danlian Economic Development Zone in Sichuan. It is a key industrial layout of Zichuang Guangke Group in the southwest region. The company plans to invest 100 million yuan to build a smart production line for photovoltaic inverters and optical-storage supporting equipment in Danlian. Construction of this project began in January 2026 and is scheduled to commence production in September of this year.
