A 300-million-yuan smart factory project for high-end packaging materials in Hubei Province is accelerating its construction pace.

The main structure of Plant No. 1 has been successfully topped out, with enclosure panel installation about to commence. The office building is under construction for its third-story main structure, while supporting production buildings like the comprehensive workshop and boiler room are being built rapidly. This project, located at Zhuzhuang Logistics Park in Xiangzhou Economic Development Zone, is operated by Hubei Qinshanmei Corrugated Paper Products Technology Co., Ltd.

The project has a total investment of 306 million yuan, with a planned land acquisition area of approximately 100 mu. It features a comprehensive layout, including the construction of a 30,000-square-meter standardized production workshop and a 15,000-square-meter specialized warehouse. Additionally, supporting facilities such as power distribution rooms, fire pump rooms, maintenance rooms, and waste paper packaging rooms will be built, along with worker dormitories and office buildings, creating a fully intelligent, standardized, and modern green factory.

On the production equipment front, the project plans to deploy industry-leading high-speed corrugated paperboard production lines. The first phase will include two high-speed lines with a width of 2.5 meters and a production speed of up to 300 meters per minute. These lines offer high efficiency, superior product quality, and low energy consumption, enabling batch production of various high-end packaging corrugated paperboard products. The project also reserves space for future upgrades, with a third production line to be launched after the first two lines are fully operational, gradually expanding capacity and enriching the product portfolio to enhance the company's market competitiveness.

Once completed and operational, this project will significantly boost the overall competitiveness of Xiangzhou's packaging industry, injecting new momentum into the region's high-quality industrial economic development.
