CK Life Sciences Int’l., (Holdings) Inc. announced that its subsidiary Sequencio Therapeutics Company Limited will present data from five investigational cancer vaccines at the American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting 2026 in San Diego, USA.

The abstracts will cover preclinical results for vaccine candidates targeting p53 neoantigen, IGF1R, B7-H3, TROP2 and Claudin 6. All programmes were developed using Sequencio’s proprietary TrueHLA™ Epitope-to-Efficacy™ framework, designed to support rational, data-driven vaccine development across circular RNA (circRNA), mRNA, peptide and protein platforms.

According to the announcement, the preclinical studies demonstrated consistent immunogenicity and anti-tumour activity across multiple targets and technology modalities. Sequencio intends to advance its most promising candidates into IND-enabling studies and is seeking strategic partnerships to expedite early-stage clinical development.

Management emphasised that the research remains at the preclinical stage, with no clinical trials yet initiated. The company cautioned shareholders and potential investors that there is no assurance of eventual clinical success and advised cautious trading of CK Life Sciences’ shares.
