LOPAL TECH Expands H-Share Base by 12.50% Through HK$196.35 Million Placement

Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. (LOPAL TECH) increased its Hong Kong-listed H-share capital by 15.00 million shares during June 2026, lifting the class total to 135.00 million shares. The new shares, issued on 22 June 2026 at HK$13.09 each following shareholder approval on 31 December 2025, imply gross proceeds of approximately HK$196.35 million.

Including the unchanged 656.11 million Shanghai-listed A shares, the company’s overall issued share capital rose to 791.11 million shares as at 30 June 2026, a 1.93% increase month on month. The H-share expansion represents a 12.50% uplift from the previous 120.00 million shares in that class.

LOPAL TECH affirmed that its public-float ratio continues to meet the Main Board minimum threshold of 5% for PRC issuers with multiple share classes. No treasury shares were created or cancelled during the period, leaving treasury balances at zero.

The company’s 2025 Share Option Incentive Scheme remains in place with 6.81 million A-share options outstanding; no options were exercised, cancelled or lapsed in June. The options may be exercised up to 4 January 2030.

No warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuing arrangements were outstanding or executed during the month, and all regulatory confirmations required under Hong Kong listing rules were provided by Director Zhang Yi on behalf of the board.
