PICC Group (The People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited) will hold its first extraordinary general meeting of 2026 on 28 August 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the PICC Building, No. 88 West Chang’an Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing.

The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution to elect Mr. Tan Jiong as an executive director for the company’s fifth board session.

H-shareholders may appoint the meeting chairman or another proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxy forms, together with any notarised authorisations, must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) no later than 9:00 a.m. on 27 August 2026.

Joint shareholders may vote in person or by proxy, with precedence given to the joint holder whose name appears first on the register. Identity documents are required for admission to the meeting.
