NANHUA FUTURES (02691) announced that Mr. Zhong Yiqiang has resigned from his positions as Deputy General Manager, Board Secretary, Co-Company Secretary, and the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules due to work adjustments. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhong no longer holds any position within the company. Mr. Ma Yisheng has been appointed as Board Secretary, with his term effective from March 10, 2026, until the expiration of the fifth board of directors' term. Additionally, considering that Listing Rule 3.05 requires the company to appoint two authorized representatives as the primary communication channel between the company and the Exchange, the board has appointed Dr. Xu Wencai, a director, as an authorized representative to succeed Mr. Zhong, effective from March 10, 2026.
