AV Concept Holdings Limited announced in its Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 24 July 2026 that 8.00 million ordinary shares, previously repurchased between 15 July and 20 July 2026, were formally cancelled on 24 July 2026.
Following the cancellation, the company’s issued share count fell from 888.00 million to 880.00 million, representing a 0.90% contraction in share capital.
The volume-weighted average repurchase price for the cancelled shares was HKD 1.3268 per share.
No treasury shares were outstanding after the transaction, and no additional share redemptions or on-market treasury share sales were reported. All figures are based solely on the company’s submission to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
