Haier Smart Home executes RMB 31.03 million A-share buyback, reducing outstanding shares by 0.02%

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (06690) repurchased 1.50 million A-shares on 21 May 2026 through the Shanghai Stock Exchange to support its share incentive schemes. The shares were bought at prices ranging from RMB 20.57 to RMB 20.78, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 20.69 per share. The total consideration amounted to RMB 31.03 million.

Prior to the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury stock) stood at 6.13861 billion, with 114.42 million shares already held in treasury. Following the buyback, the number of issued shares fell modestly to 6.13711 billion—representing a 0.02444% reduction—while treasury shares increased to 115.92 million. The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 6.25303 billion.

All repurchase procedures were authorized by the board of directors and complied with relevant regulations of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the domestic rules governing repurchases on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
