Carlisle Companies' stock surged 7.23% in after-hours trading following the release of its first-quarter financial results, which showed a significant earnings beat despite a slight revenue miss.

The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $3.63, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $3.33 by 9.01%. This represents a 0.55% increase compared to earnings of $3.61 per share from the same period last year. Quarterly revenue came in at $1.052 billion, which was 0.94% below the $1.062 billion estimate and represented a 4.00% decrease from the prior year period.

Investors responded positively as Carlisle reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook for low-single-digit revenue growth and approximately 50 basis points of adjusted EBITDA margin expansion. The company also announced it repurchased $250 million worth of shares during the quarter, keeping it on track to meet its $1 billion share buyback target for 2026.
