China Resources Land Limited (CR Land) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 August 2026, covering the period ended 31 July 2026.
The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 800.00 million.
Issued share capital also showed no movement during the month. The total stood at 7.13 billion ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares outstanding, matching the levels reported at end-June 2026.
CR Land confirmed that its public float continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum 25 per cent requirement.
