SOLARGIGA has announced its financial performance for the year 2025. The company recorded revenue of approximately 2.427 billion yuan, representing a decrease of 34.5% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company amounted to around 285 million yuan, an increase of 25.64% year-on-year. Basic and diluted loss per share was 8.58 fen. According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was primarily due to the photovoltaic industry entering a phase of transformation and restructuring. Although industry-wide measures to counteract overcapacity have yielded positive results and supply chain prices have gradually bottomed out and begun to recover, persistent supply-demand imbalances—driven by the lingering effects of previous structural overcapacity—have led to weak overall performance for the group. Throughout the year, the average selling price of major products continued to decline, resulting in reduced revenue from photovoltaic modules. The increase in loss was mainly attributed to lower revenue and gross profit, as well as recognized asset impairment losses.
