Heng Tai Reports No Share Capital Changes in July 2026 Monthly Return

Heng Tai Consumables Group Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable share capital structure with no new issuances, cancellations or treasury share movements during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 100 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01, representing HK$1.00 billion in authorised capital.

Issued share capital was steady at 209.21 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares on record. There were no increases, decreases or repurchases across the month.

Heng Tai affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement, maintaining at least the 25% minimum free-float threshold stipulated under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

The filing also confirmed that no share options, warrants, convertible instruments or other equity-linked agreements were granted, exercised or outstanding, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were in issue.

The monthly confirmation, signed by Company Secretary Hung Hing Man on 6 August 2026, states that all regulatory and listing obligations have been duly met.
