Grand Ming Group Holdings Secures Waivers from Lenders for Breaches, Involving HK$4.375 Billion in Loans

Grand Ming Group Holdings Ltd (SEHK: 1271) has announced that as of June 30, 2026, the outstanding principal amount of its loan facilities was approximately HK$4.95 billion.

The company is pleased to announce that, as of the date of this announcement, the group has successfully obtained waivers from certain lenders regarding breaches, involving bank loans totaling about HK$4.375 billion.

Consequently, the lenders will not require the group to immediately repay the relevant bank loans under the loan facilities due to these breaches.

The group will repay the loan principal and interest according to the originally scheduled repayment dates.

The group will continue to seek waivers from the remaining lenders concerning the breaches.

As of the announcement date, the group has not received any demands from lenders for immediate repayment of loans under the facilities.

The group reiterates that the existing loan facility arrangements remain available for its use, and it continues and will continue to utilize the available credit lines under the loan facilities in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions.

The company will issue further announcements regarding the loan facilities and waiver status in due course.
