Mushroom Auto has entered into a strategic partnership with ComfortDelGro Bus Private Limited, Singapore's largest privately-owned electric bus operator.

The collaboration will be based on Singapore's smart transportation development framework, with cooperation spanning the deployment and operation of autonomous vehicles, commercial market expansion, and alignment with industry regulatory oversight. The joint effort aims to advance the large-scale, commercial application of autonomous driving technology within the global public transport sector.

According to the cooperation blueprint, the partners will integrate the entire chain from autonomous driving technology R&D and vehicle operation services to market development and policy alignment, jointly establishing a global operational system for autonomous buses. They will also collaborate to explore diverse scenarios such as corporate travel, public commuting, and campus shuttles, working together to create autonomous driving solutions and a brand system tailored for the global market.

Furthermore, the two parties will engage with regulatory authorities like Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) to undertake tasks such as applying for autonomous driving pilot qualifications and securing project approval for implementation. They plan to participate deeply in local policy discussions and the establishment of standards for the autonomous driving industry.
