SHIRBLE STORE: No Change in Share Capital; 2.50 Billion Shares Remain Issued in March 2026 Monthly Return

Shirble Department Store Holdings (China) Limited (SHIRBLE STORE) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026 on 1 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised capital is stable at 15.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 1.50 billion. Issued shares stand at 2.495 billion, with no treasury shares outstanding and no movements recorded in March.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued during the period, indicating a straightforward capital structure.

Management affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, and the return was signed by Company Secretary Chow Chun Pong.
