Miko International Holdings Limited announced that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ding Peiji resigned effective 17 July 2026. According to the board, Ding is stepping down to devote more time to the Group’s daily operations and pursue personal interests. The departing executive confirmed he has no disagreement with the board and cited no matters requiring shareholder or exchange attention. The board expressed formal gratitude for his contributions.
Concurrently, executive director Liu Min has been promoted to Chairman, also effective 17 July 2026. Aged 50, Liu joined the board on 4 August 2023 and holds directorships within several Group entities. She brings more than 25 years of senior management experience in supply-chain management and technology industries, currently serving as a senior manager at a private company overseeing supply-chain and financial functions. Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
Liu has signed a three-year service contract with automatic continuation, subject to a minimum three-month termination notice by either party. Her 2025 remuneration totaled approximately RMB0.10 million, covering salary and pension contributions.
Following the changes, the board comprises executive directors Liu Min, Ding Peiji and Yu Jianjun, alongside independent non-executive directors Ng Shing Kin, Chen Jun and Guo Zheng.
